Fabrication and characterization of Bottom Gate Top-Contact (BGTC) OFETs is explained in these videos using conventional fabrication techniques. It starts from the substrate and solution preparation, and preparation goes up to electrical characterization of the devices. The one which is prepared at Georgia Tech. can be done with standard deposition equipment and glove boxes. However, there are techniques with much simpler processes which can be followed in laboratories to produce high quality results in ambient, and need not require capital investments. The process explained at the FLAME research group is done in the ambient without any glove box.
