I am an astroparticle physicist, specialized in high energy astrophysics, multi-messengers and Gamma ray bursts. I joined IIT Jodhpur as Assistant Professor in June 2019 in the Department of Physics. My research area is focused in understanding electromagnetic emissions from astrophysical objects.

Ultrahigh energy cosmic rays are the highest energy cosmic rays. These could probe exotic physics at EeV and ZeV energies. These high energy cosmic rays are accelerated in SNRs, AGNs and GRBs. My studies are focused in examining the energetics of these astrophysical objects for producing cosmic rays and their messengers like neutrinos and high energy gamma rays.
