Millimeter-wave and Terahertz Microsystems Lab

Dr. Manoj Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Prior to this, he served as the program manager for the TERACOMM initiative, where he developed a terahertz 6G communication testbed during his postdoctoral tenure at the Center for Disruptive Photonic Technologies (CDPT), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
He earned his Ph.D. in Terahertz Photonics from NTU Singapore in January 2019. Earlier, in 2007, he received his B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. He started Millimeter-wave and Terahertz Microsystems Lab (MMTμL) in 2025 at the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Jodhpur. Dr. Gupta is currently working on terahertz devices for on-chip and free-space communication, imaging, and sensing applications.
