MADHUMITA

SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW, IIT Jodhpur

about me

I am a Ph.D scholar at Department of Bioscience and Bioengineering at Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, India, since 2017, working under the supervision of Dr. Sushmita Paul. My research interest includes developing and employing pattern recognition algorithms for analysing high-throughput biological data. I have developed algorithms for feature selection, clustering, subspace-integration, and multi-view learning for high-dimensional multi-omics data analysis.

I love to combine biology, computer science, information engineering, mathematics and statistics to analyze and interpret the biological data.
