Overview

The words science and technology​ can and often are used interchangeably.
But the goal of science​ is the pursuit of knowledge for its own sake while the goal of technology​ is to create products that solve problems and improve human life.
Keeping this in mind science club serves as a backbone , a help to all those who need it , be it pure sciences or applied sciences­ we welcome and help all!


Robo Soccer
The task is to build two wired/wireless remote controlled robot which can push the ball to opponent’s arena or opponent’s goal, which can have kicking mechanism in it.
Robo War
You are away from your owned area that is rich in resources and another person’s robot entered the area illegal you have to build a manual or RC robot that will immobilize the opponent’s (illegal) robot to claim the crown of "Rampage".

Vedic Maths

MATHS­ Vedic Mathematics is the name given to the ancient system of Indian Mathematics which was rediscovered from the Vedas between 1911 and 1918 by Sri Bharati Krsna Tirthaji (1884­1960).
According to his research all of mathematics is based on sixteen Sutras, or word­formulae. For example, Vertically and Crosswise` is one of these Sutras. These formulae describe the way the mind naturally works and are therefore a great help in directing the student to the appropriate method of solution.

GROUP SESSION

Real analysis​ is a branch of mathematical analysis dealing with the real​ numbers and real­​ valued functions of a real​ variable. A sudden change is experienced when one enters in graduation and sees a very wide picture and thus a lot of difficulty is encountered while learning the basics of the subject(specially in writing the proofs).
A brief session was held wherein a group of 110 B.Tech 1st year students were given 1 M.Sc mathematics students to address their doubts and learn the art of imagining and writing the proofs.

Higgs Boson­

A TALK ON HIGGS BOSON­ DISCOVERY OF GOD PARTICLE­A GROUNDBREAKING DISCOVERY IN MODERN PHYSICS­ by msc physics students on the above topic followed by an abstract writing competition on the same.
A small briefing about how to write an abstract would also be given before the competition begins.
Depending on the response from the students and interest a lecture by a distinguished person in the field of modern physics will be organized.
